Rights and obligations of the member
Rights:
- Attend and initiate organisation of General Meeting
- Suggest, vote and be voted into the Association organs
- Be engaged in CZEPHO activities, cooperate on creation of its statements
- Take profit from Association services
- Get a receipt for payment of membership fee
Each member is allowed to use in it´s commercial communication appellation „Member of CZEPHO" or „Member of The Czech Photovoltaic Industry Association“.
Obligations:
- Defend Association goals and cooperate on their achievement
- Act in coherence with Association decisions, ethical principles and interests
- Provide the Association with necessary information for achieving its goals and and for administrative purposes
- Keep confidential all informations and acts not allowed to be made public
- Meet the due term of membership fee and other engagements towards Association
